baskets are custom designed to suit you individually, however, baskets
on our web site can be duplicated if you prefer. Due to availability,
at times an item must be substituted, for equal or greater value.
Payment is expected at time of delivery or when an order is
received, (corporate and personal accounts) made by personal check,
cash, money order. (local orders only) We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express on our checkout page through the security of Pay Pal.
Sea & Ski Basket orders placed by 12 noon will be delivered that same
day unless otherwise requested. Orders after 12 noon will be delivered
the next business day, unless another date is requested.
We make every effort to call recipient before delivery is made
to assure that someone will be home. Sometimes we are unable to
reach someone on the delivery date that was requested by the sender.
In such a case delivery will be made on the next business day unless
prior arrangements are made.
The Sender will be charged a $10.00 fee if a delivery attempt is
made to an incorrect address. So please have your address information
correct.
The state of California requires sales tax in the amount of 7.37% in addition to the price of each basket. This fee is added to your Sea & Ski Basket upon checkout.
Shipping & Handling fees are in addition to the price of each basket. Price does include gift wrapping. We ship UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
Please report any delivery of shipping damages to Sea & Ski Baskets immediately. Keep all items in package (as is ) Package must be returned (postage paid by sender) Sea & Ski Baskets will then replace or refund promptly. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
